Summary: We had a large college/hs reunion with 18 adults. The house was very spacious, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us and did not feel cramped. We loved the outdoor amenities, we are a sports loving group and having the tennis+basketball+volleyball courts was amazing. The pool + hot tub + grills were great too and there was plenty space outside to lounge as well. The host was great, was very responsive and cooperative and gave us a lot of great info on local food and things to do!

Summary: We loved staying at this property! It was great for our large group. We enjoyed using all of the outdoor amenities, including the pool, tennis court, basketball court, and volleyball court (with sand!). Would highly recommend!

Summary: The host was super nice and gave us lots of helpful information. The house itself was spectacular, with all the rooms very clean and the beds super comfortable. But the best part was definitely the outdoor area. The pool was huge and clean, and they even had a basketball court, tennis court, and a volleyball court. We had so much fun playing there. Overall, it was an awesome experience!

Summary: We had 5 families..10 adults, 10 kids. Did not feel crowded at all. Plenty of space with a large basement and plenty for the kids to do outside. Adults loved the kitchen and hanging out by the pool. Thanks for letting us enjoy the week.

Summary: This property accommodated 18 people from 4 families. It was plenty big, with LOTS of activity. The sports-minded cousins played basketball and tennis, and we all enjoyed a LOT of pool time. The game room in the basement was a hub for the younger generation in the evenings. House is being upgraded and new kitchen and the upgraded bathrooms are gorgeous. Still some upgrading left to do, but certainly did not deter from the overall good time had by all. Most importantly, communication with the homeowner/property manager was established early and was great throughout. Lots of great insight on local restaurants and beaches and things to do. Texts with questions about the house were always answered immediately. Example: "Are there any extra umbrellas for the backyard sitting area?" "No. We lost them in a recent storm. We'll bring you new one within the hour." And they did! Big thanks to Matthew and Jerry for their obvious desire to make sure we were happy.

Summary: This house worked extremely well for our 18-person reunion. Enough bedrooms, great backyard with tons of recreational options, and a rec room downstairs where the kids could hang out. I would definitely recommend it for similar events. Hosts were great too.

Summary: Beautiful property. Everyone loved the tennis court, basketball court, pool, and especially the master bedroom. The owner is very thoughtful and pulled out every stop to make sure we all had a great experience. We hope to come again
